Digital Products & Services
All digital products, consulting, or coaching services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, due to the nature of digital content and intellectual property.

Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in rare cases of accidental duplicate purchase or technical issues that prevent product access—at our discretion and upon written request within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund
Email us with your order details and reason for request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
